Who Are We?

Narcotics Anonymous is a non-profit fellowship of men and women for whom drugs have become a major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other live drug-free. It costs nothing to attend an NA meeting. There are no dues or fees; the only requirement for membership is the desire to stop using. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs, which includes alcohol. Our fellowship focuses on recovery from the disease of addiction. What an individuals drug(s) of choice were, is not important. Anyone may join us regardless of age, race, sexual identity, creed, religion or lack of religion.

Our primary purpose as an organization is to carry a message of recovery to the still suffering addict. If you are an addict, give yourself a break and try Narcotics Anonymous. It can work for you as it has worked for countless others. If you are a relative or a loved one of someone that you think has a drug problem please be aware that our program is one of attraction rather than promotion. We have found that we can only help someone that wants to be helped, and in respect to that, we encourage you, to encourage him or her, to seek out a meeting of Narcotics Anonymous.
